Default Squeaky Driver side seat

Hey guys I own a 2008 IS250 and im trying to get a TSIB done for my driver side seat. The seat sqeaks so bad. I called Lexus and they said they dont have a TSIB out I gave them TSIB number NV001-06 but the TSIB says 04-07did anyone use that TSIB to get there 08 done or is there another number for the 08 model.

i have an 06 2IS and im pretty sure there is a TSB out for both the drivers and passenger seat, something about cracked welds maybe? i still need to take my car in, and i plan on doing that soon, so ill let you know whats up when i do

There is a TSIB out for the 06 and 07 model. TSIB #NV001-06

if you bug them enough they will fix it. If not then call corporate and have them deal with the dealer.

If you get it done, make sure you check the condition of the plastic cover that covers the seat rails. They cracked mine when they performed the TSIB.

Mine was fixed by retightenning of the rail bolts (the large ones). Losen then first before retighten them.

I've had this TSIB done on my 08... This is a very easy fix for the dealer.

I have an '08 IS250 and my seat was squeaking so I took it to my dealer and they put a brand new seat on no questions asked.

I had it done for my '07, and the squeak is back. I might have to point this out to the dealer.
