Default 2006 IS350 at 2 1/2 Years

Happy Holidays all,

Attached is a photo of my (totally stock) IS350 as of two weeks ago. It has about 9,600 miles on the clock, and is basically new.

Just thought I'd share how well these cars can hold up, even though this particular example might as well live in a museum given how much I drive it!

By the way, the paint is swirl free, and it's sealed with Zaino Z2. Good stuff, and nice depth for a sealant.

Honestly, it's not even a weekend car. I might drive it every two weeks or so just to keep it running. I'm listing it in the vehicle sales ads on this site to transfer the lease so it can be driven. It has 18 months remaining on the lease, and 2,100+ miles per month available during that time period.

If anyone's interested, please take a look at the car sale subforum.

Bad investment

I know, because mine has 7K on the OD and I bought it in Sept. 2007 as 07' model.

Dang, that is VERY clean. I have done the same thing over the years with my last few cars. Tried to preserve them to see how much value they can hold. I've had to drive much more than you, but it looks like we are on similar pages. Glad I am not alone!
