Default Nav 8.1 DVD Upgrade issue

So I used the procedure I used when I put in the 7.1 DVD.

But now this brand new 8.1 DVD says, "Cannot read program data consult a Lexus Dealer"

And the DVD is now stuck.

Any suggestions besides doing what the screen says?

I searched for this issue and didn't find the exact same issue. If you do please let me know.

Car is a 2007 IS 250AWD.

Press/hold the top bottom right corners of your screen to eject the DVD.

Mine did the same thing. I'm still haven't figured out how to successfully upgrade to 8.1.
