spacer question
hi all, im gonna purchase an IS this weekend and im kinda new in regards to lowering your car and stuff since i moved from NYC where i never had a car.
if i wanted to drop my car on eibach pro-kits, do i need to get spacers? if so, what would be a good setup for stock wheels? f-15mm/ r-25mm?? it seems like everyone on this forum has that particular set up after some researching.
what happens when you want to put 19's in the future? do you have to change spacers to accomodate the dimensions of the new wheel?

Welcome to the Club holycow.
You don't need spacers if dropped, but I think they makes our car look better. I'm rollin' on stock 18's and dropped on the 350 pro-kit and using 15mm front and 20mm rear spacers. You can see pics here.
For your future 19's, order them with the right off set so that spacers won't be necessary.

if im getting the is250, what size wheels are they?? 17's or 18's??
if they're 17's, what setup should i go with to make an aggressive look?

You might also want to consider coilovers rather than springs because an aggressive look not only depends on the off-set of your wheels, but how low your car is.

+1...
Don't get spacers unless your BBK doesn't clear...if you want a more aggressive stance...you gonna have to go with coils or air suspension...pushing your stocks out will only increase the chances of rubbing your your fender or damaging your rim if you want to go low! If you only gonna go on springs...its up to you what kind of look you want...if aftermarket 19's or more...tuck it and let it camber and 4get about spacers! its not really necessary!!! But up 2 you..this is just my .02c!!!
