So i havnt completely made up my mind about doin this. I kinda wanna see what u guys think . Im considering painting my wheels Black Chrome or just hyper black

Pros: Car will look badass and i love the blacked out look

Cons: Im too scared to ruin my wheels
they have a lovely shine to them because they are machined aluminum, and im worried that ill ruin my rims. Another major con is ive seen a matte gunmetal fnish to these wheels and they looked pretty crap

hmm... i would say go for it just to be different but then... lotta ppl doing the blackout thing already and its getting old... to you guys with the blackout cars... some have done it right and some have done it just plain wrong...

I would say keep them silver and if you are going to black them out. Don't make it black matt like the owner of TOM'S in Dubai I'll hate you for the rest of your life if you do that....

Thats the thing, alot of people have done it, esp here in the dubai where they blacked out their stock wheels. although it looks real good, by paint my wheels they wont be so unique anymore, atleast to the untrained eye.


Also what makes my wheels currently beautiful is the shine that it has, once painted i lose that shine,

here is an example of the shine im talking about, (its shiny at night too)

Definitely like the silver. With the all black, you need a red light going side to side in the grille and a "KITT" license plate.

If you made your car all black with the wheels no one would look at it while it's passing... if you keep the silver it will give the car a look while driving it... people will notice something shinning passing by and they will look at the wheels and say woow nice car isn't it? hell ya it looks so sexy with those wheels.... epically girls

yea i guess u did misunderstand. The wheels do look like crap on his car. I said the pictures as a whole look alot worse than it does in real life, thats what i meant by the pictures dont do the car justice. It looks worse than it does, doesnt mean that it looks good. I just respect them that they did something different.


haha there is some truth to it, the chicks do seem to dig the ride.
However ive yet to make use of that backseat, i dunno maybe im too **** and dont want to ruin the leather
