Sounds good, run a Carfax to play it safe if you don't know owner.

thanks for the reassurance. i thought it was a decent deal. he was asking 27500 before. I've been lurking forever. All Lexus forums, as many discussed, I opted to look at a used BMW M3, G35, Mini Cooper S, YARIS (gas)...

But since I've grown up around toyotas - corollas, avalons, siennas...and driving right now passat, which was good before 60k miles till engine lights keep popping up. I need a reliable car again.

Was it a $50K car new? If so then it's close to being right. Take the current economy into affect and no it's not a good deal. Cars are not selling right now. New ones, used ones, all cars. I bet you could lease a new IS350 for less than you are buying the 06 for. Remember that an 06 is THREE years old not two, based on model year and release. Mileage is good though.

+1........ yeah true!!! I would go brand new all the way. 27k miles already on the car, not a good deal with that kind of price. If you drive alot, your cars going to have aleast 50k in a year and its a 06'. If your planning to keep the car, go new or lease!!
