Default What are the differences between 07, 08 and 09 models?
I'm thinking of purchasing a lexus IS250 and was wondering if there were any differences between the newer models. More colors offered? anything

Stock wheels, some different color options.

Nothing big.

2009 has some cosmetic changes, plus a little different suspension on the 250 model.

09 has better steering feel and they firmed up the sport suspension making it less 'confused' than the earlier mdls.

Appearance-wise, 07 added the roof fin, 08 added darker wheels and a coin holder, and 09 added new bumpers, rear lights, and rims.

Also for the 09s you have a slightly different front grill design, there is also a contrasting leather stitching on the interior, rear headrest fold down, and the Navi buttons are different

correct me if im wrong but 07 is the oldest 08 is the second to oldest and 09 is the newest latest greatest?

there's 06 too O_o 06,07,08,09 and iono about 09 being greatest...we all have our own opinions, I like 6-8 no offense to 09's

the '06 was the first year of the 2is.

no sharkfin, no VSC on/off switch, no dark metallic-colored 18's.

IMO the "OG" of the 2is.

2006 also has different trunk / gas door release buttons than the other years

new bumper and rear lights? is the difference noticeable? Can someone post a picture of an 09 IS?
