You can obtain one on Ebay for about $120 painted. My neighbor did just that and it takes a minute to install. Make sure you clean off the trunk area with rubbing alcohol in order to promote better adhesion and line up the spoiler to the trunk with the indentation on the lip of the spolier and the Lexus logo on the trunk.

ebay ones use double tap. if i were you i'd go with oem and do the right install with drilling. double tape will get you into trouble in the long run.

most guys on here with original OEM cut the bolts off and tape it too.
