Default Will 19x9 (+31) fit on front?

I have a set of wheels, the front specs are 19x9 (+31) offset, will these fit under the front fenders? If so, what is the widest tire i can run with them? I plan on lowering ~ 1.2". Thanks

They will fit and should be pretty flush. You will have to mod the finder liner and you will have to run a stretched setup. I'm thinking 215 - 225

Whats the specs on the rears, fronts might not thats a pretty aggressive offset, maybe have to roll the fenders.

You may have to push the tabs up..... The fronts don't really have a ledge to roll, but you could pull them a little, but I don't think you'll have to. I'm running 19x9 +22 up front and did a little pull and pushed the plastic tab up. I still rub a little on dips and hard turns, but nothing too bad. Oh, I'm running 225-35-19 up front.
