Default I rarely post but...

what do you think?

I bought the oem 19" wheels from a G35 (for those who don't know, the wheels are manufactured by Rays Engineering) through a classified ad. The rims were in pretty bad shape, but I got em cheap. I had to repair and repaint (using Duplicolor Silver wheel paint) the face of the wheels cuz they had bad curb rash. The front wheels had baked on brake dust and also looked as if some of the oem paint was eaten away by some type of chemical spill. Gonna get the tires replaced this week. Also, I'm thinking of painting them another color, maybe something darker, but the Duplicolor Graphite wheel paint is too dark for my taste. Any suggestions?

BTW, I'll end up getting them powdercoated. I'm just lookin around to find a place with good prices, and waiting til I can think of a color I REALLY want.

if not a lexus center cap then just any center cap, just to fill that hole, to clear the void it creates

Thanks for all the comments! More pics to come, it's just that the sun was going down. I do plan on finding center caps or making them. I still have the Infiniti center caps- maybe I'll sand them down (the front, ie: infiniti emblem) and use some epoxy to glue on some sanded down (from the back, ie: tabs) lexus center caps. Maybe I'll just find some blank center caps to put on them. Who knows, kinda just going with whatever comes up and having fun with them haha.
