Spoke to someone at a Lexus dealer and was old that there are NO MORE GFX kits from Lexus. They are discontinued. Not to be replaced (?!?!) Is this true? IS this because the 09s will have a redesigned kit? Just curious as I was planning on getting the GFX kit and saw they are being blown out at certain dealers....

Will it fit the 06-08 IS's? I would think at the very least the rear and skirts would...maybe not the bumper as it is different...anyone have pics?

+1 I'm also waiting for someone to put it on an 06-08 to see if it fits. Both are nice, and I would be happy with either or. But I like the way the 09 lip has the flare at the ends like the 06-08 front lip.

From what I've heard, the new 09 kit doesn't fit the 06-08. I just got a steal on the full GFX kit from a Lexus dealer out west and they were supposedly 1 of 2 dealers in the COUNTRY who still had all three pieces (front, sides, rear) in Obsidian. Lucky lucky lucky.

I know this is why sewell was selling out all of their stock in the GB the other day because it was becoming discontinued. Imma check out the 09' rear to see how it looks. Hopefully someone can make it fit cause I still need a back.

Umm are GFX the same as lip kits??? sewell still has them in stock unless im missing something..... anyone care to comment?

OP..where have you been all this time? there have been several group buys (clearance due to discontinue) of the GFX kit both from sewell and carson

GFX= ground effect kit
The lip is part of the entire "GFX" kit: front lip, sideskirts, rear lip. As you will see on sewell they sell each piece seperately.

We don't know yet if the new GFX kit will fit. I would guess not, since the front and rear bumpers are different.

Contact Sewell. They might have some black GFX kits left.

Yes...the blowouts are 299 for the WHOLE KIT...front rear and sides...pre-painted....Yes I have missed this as I have been REAL busy for the past few months....So you can spend about 300 per piece or get a clearance price of 299 for the whole thing....

Acutally it was $199 I was stupid and only bought the front piece at that time lol GAH!
