Default Too Much Stretch?

So my new Work Emotion CR2P should be in tmrw, went with 19x8.5 35mm front and 19x9.5 35mm rear. I was thinking about getting 215/35/19s all around. I've read that 215s aren't rated (or are hard to find) for the weight. Would the stretch be an issue? Looking to add negative camber in the rear. Figs goodies enroute. Oh and I'm at about a 3" dropp. Spacers might need to be purchased to get the setup I want.

I'm thinking to buy some wheels for my is220d and came up with specs like this:
F: 9,5x19", ET 34, 225/40/19
R: 11x19", ET 35, 255/35/19

So any bodywork (fender rolling etc.) needed? Or anything else i need to know?

Car will be also fitted with bc racing coilovers.

do not think that is too wide. people run +22 offset in the fronts with a 9.5 width. if anything, you'll rub on maybe your bumper tab and fender liner but I don't think anything else? maybe someone else can chime in
