Default Little water trap inside exhaust tip?

Hi, yesterday I replace the OEM tip and I notice that there is little of water trap inside of the exhaust tip. You can see the red highlight. My question is, will it rust inside of the tip in the long run? I know that water and heat created rust metal. Oh, the tip are made stainless steel. Thank in advance

Not sure I understand the idea of these tips. Are they wider overall than stock? The thick walls around the edges make the center look small, thus making the tips look small...

They about 4.5" overall, that a little over a inch than stock. I agree with the edges, but the tips is different than other tips out there.

stainless steel doesnt rust as quick as regular metal.
im surprised the water doesnt get blown out by the exhaust gases.
wipe it out whenever u notice there is water, dont think it should be a problem

They look very similar to the new Accords exhaust tip......which isn't a bad thing.

its nothing to worry about....the carbon build up with coat the insides and prevent it from rusting.

I'm not convinced that the inner part of that lip is stainless. If it is, you're in good shape. If it is just mild steel, it will rust unfortunately.
