0w-20 amsoil synthetic...increased mpg
2006 is 250 awd
after 25k miles and conventional 10w-30 oil changes, I made the switch to synthetic.
I have been averaging 23mpg daily driver and 31mpg hwy with the conventional oil and my cruise set at 75mph (rpm around 2200)
I now have 27k miles and I have been getting 26.4 mpg daily driving and 34 mpg hwy with the amsoil 0w-20 synthetic
just wanted to share my results and just a side note, been running 0w-20 in my lifted Nissan Titan for last 15k miles which bumped me up from 10 mpg to 14 mpg daily driving and up to 20 mpg hwy
