Probably doesn't do much to stopping distance on a stock 350...but probably just helps with fad... tires have more to do with braking distances

upgrade your tires to wider ones if you want better stopping distances. Larger brakes are mainly for heat capacity and fade resistance

holy crap 1900x1200 Lexus IS wallpapers, there is a god

The Fsport shocks and springs I've installed on a non-sport suspension IS350 did feel softer than my IS350 with the OEM sport suspension. The Fsport website shows the OEM normal suspension springs rates at F46 & R51 (N/mm) and the Fsport at F47-66 progrsssive and R40-70 progressive (N/mm) . I'm going to try to find the data for the OEM sport suspension and post it.

I'm definitely interested in purchasing a swabar set for the ride.

only good thing about the site was the description of the actual warranty. from what i gathered from the forums was that the warranty was only for a year if installed by the dealer. but as you can see in bold it goes as long as the warranty on the car does. booyaaah. lol

F-SPORT PERFORMANCE ACCESSORIES INSTALLED BY DEALER
F-Sport Accessories are warranted for 12 months from the date of installation or for the balance of the new car warranty in force at the date of installation, whichever is greater, when installed by an authorized Lexus Dealer. This warranty does not cover maintenance services such as replacement of brake pads/linings and clutch linings. This warranty does not cover noise, vibration, cosmetic conditions and other deterioration caused by normal wear and tear.

Perhaps because the F-Sport springs are progressive they feel better over small bumps?

The more I look at that wallpaper with the close up of the rims, the more I like them.

I like the description of the F-Sport Performance Exhaust:

It replaces the stock assembly from the axle rearward using OE hangers and pipe connections. It is a "cat-back" system..."

HUH???

Most surprising to me is the weight of the F-Sport wheels - 20.5 front and 21.5 rear. That's really good for a 19" wheel.
