How long does it take to tint windows??
On average how long should it take to tint windows? I want to tint my windows for the summer but can't afford to be without a car for long. Any input?

Man...I'm planning on getting my windows tinted and got a price quote from Tint Devil for $295 for all windows except front windshield.
Is that a decent price in So. Cal???

in socal no... everything is cheaper in socal than norcal... and in norcal 250 is the average price for all around except windshield

I called my dealership and they referred me to a person that comes out to you and tints your windows. He quoted me $290 and then I called Tint Devil and they quoted me $295 with lifetime warranty.
I might just go with Tint Devil since they have lifetime warranty.

Funny, I lived in Chicago for most my life and tinting my windows cost me $285-$300 or so, no matter where you go..
I Now live in Phoenix and its only $140-$170 or so for even the best tint shop. I just had mine done last week and did 35% front and back seat, and 20% rear, Suntek Carbon film... looks great! I dont like the fade look.

I got my is350 tinted about a month ago, 35% on all four door windows. They also tinted the rear glass and added a five inch strip of tint to the top of the windshield. I also got a lifetime warranty from a shop that has been in the tinting business for over ten years all for 175$. They did a great job!and I am very happy with the way my lexus looks!

took two hours too.. 225 for all windows except front windshield and 75 for front windshield. uses 3M non-metallic film. i'm in norcal anyway. this is great price IMO.
my friend goes with solargard and paid 500 for all windows including windshield in another shop. got ripped off there.
