AUDI...AUDI...AUDI.
Get the Audi! I traded out of an S4 for the IS350. They are great cars and I had no issues. Actually it was better then the IS. NO RATTLES...and I beat the **** out of that car and it was never in the shop! IS350 is great, dont get me wrong. If I could I would trade the IS for the RS4...You also had the IS so wouldnt something NEW and different make you happy? as another member mentioned the IS didnt really grab your attn so will it this time around? I think Lexus your only option is ISF. If not then get that Audi!

just saw S5 this morning..it was street park..
man..i couldn't resist to turn my head around..it looks beautiful!!!
but I've heard some bad stories about audi's electrical problems..
some of my friends own A4 and A6..and they've always complained about it
so my point is..if I were you..I'll LEASE the A5..or just BUY the IS350~

i've got friends w. audis too and something is always broken ... sweet looking car, drives well, excellent winter car w. the quattro and what not but my lex which is older than my friends a4 has less (and by less i mean no) problems. i feel the same about bimmer, awesome looking cars and super fun to drive, but i dont want to spend that much time at my dealership/garage because something is broken and then hey heres you bill
BUY a lex, LEASE the german car

Yes, not the best financial move, but if I wasn't in a position to do so I wouldn't. I only lost $2,900 on my trade from the Lex to the truck and I have a buyer for my truck lined up and will lost roughly $8k there, so only about $11k overall which isn't too bad. I'll be dropping a few extra stacks on whichever new car I get to stay ahead on that as well, so I won't be upside down or anything.
I didn't trade in the IS 350 because I didn't like it, I actually thought I would require a truck for a few things. I ended up not purchasing a boat like I thought I was going to, so that "need" kind of went out the window.

As to your question, go for the Audi. No sense in owning the same vehicle you've already had, regardless of how much you liked it. You're fortunate enough to be able to change vehicles after a short period of ownership, so why not give the A5 a try. It's a gorgeous vehicle, and will definitely turn some heads...

Well guys...I ordered the A5 back in April after posting this thread and I finally got it this week. Thought I'd share some pictures:
Thanks for all the feedback and help...definitely good to try something different.
