They took all the monthly buyers of the kits and pulled one out of the hat for a free one, they even did it the respectable way by refunding the price of one of the two kits that I bought rather than sending out a 3rd kit.

To anyone that interested, the way we handle this promtion is exactly how Zanorath described it. At the end of each month we draw a name from all of our monthly buyers. Once the name is drawn we refund the customer's order for an HID kit =)
