Thanks for the tip on the Flyaudio - I really think I would want to go OEM though if I could...is this possible in an 09??? Everything else seems to be pre-wired...can't see why the nav wouldnt be. Thanks!

Hi There,

I've got an Australian 2010 IS250 that I was looking at doing this mod to. I recently found and purchased an ML unit on eBay which is out of an Australian ISF - not sure of the source year on this unit.

After receiving it, I had a look at the rear connectors which seem to be significantly different to those which are shown in this post.

I'm trying to ascertain if this is because the unit comes from a non-US build of if it's from a different year / revision, has anyone seen this before?

Thanks in Advance

Hi!

I sourced the Nav system with both cables/connectors as shown below.

Where can I find the J53 plug that I think is needed? Also, besides the GPS antenna.... What else do I need to find?

Steering Controls? - http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2008/6135.html

Microphone? - What would you guys recommend?

Thanks to all in advanced!

I want to do the opposite lol
i have a navi that im trying to get rid off cus im doing a custom ipad install but im confuse as to if the plug for the ac will b the same or if i need to make any changes to it.

im gettin rid of the cd player and navi...also the radio on the non navi dash and ONLY keeping the AC functions.

What do i need to do to just keep the ac functions using the navi harness set up on the non navi harness set up.

PLEASEEEE HELPPPPP!!!!!
