Autoshop shoveling it [Bullpoopy]??
I bought the venture shield clear bra full hood sheet for my 07 IS 350 and had it installed at the place that did my window tinting. I get it back and it seems like a pretty good install. However, they cut around the edge of the hood so some places there is a small section of hood that is exposed and you can feel the lip.
I asked why they did not wrap it around the hood and tuck in on the underside. They said that you cant do that it. It will cause a bad seal and it will easily come undone then. There has to be a straight "un-curved" bond to the hood.
IS THIS TRUE?
If I am correct most of the ones I have seen installed are wrapped. I swear I have seen pics up here of the install step by step and they wrap it. Just wondering everyone's opinion. If you have the clear bra and it is wrapped, any problems?
Thanks

I also had Venture Shield installed on mine 18 months ago and it still looks great.
Really good stuff!!! Mine are wrapped on hood, fenders, and bumper.
No edges to see. No problems yet.
