Two months age I got a 2010 IS250 RWD, with 32k for $25k TP with black, no nav, great condition with CPO 3/100k miles and they extended it 2 additional years for another $1100 and it was from the number one dealer in S. Florida JM. Lexus

I just bought a brand new Lexus IS250 2012 with navigation, F Sport, and HID (MSRP 41,600) for about 37k, bought the extended warranty (7 years/100,00 miles) from Troy Dietrich at Greenfield Toyota for super cheap price (about $600 lower than my local dealership's offer).
