My '06 sunroof used to be quieter, I think. Now, it sounds like a high-pitched bee buzzing when it operates. Anyone else notice a change in theirs? Anybody had one quit working, after noticing a change in the sound?

But easy mine has got louder. nut i dont hear it often because i always leave it popped up

I would compare it to the sound of the windows rolling up and down.

Anything louder and it would be "out of the ordinary"...

Mine has become quite loud, just as you say, only when opening. When closing it's as quiet as a window rolling up and down.

I've had the dealer look at it, but they didn't do anything.

Yes, that's what I remember when it was newer - just a low pitched motor sound. Something is different, now, but I guess I'll ignore it, unless it quits working.

mine is not too bad but ive notice it has gotten louder...

samething happen to my side mirrors when i reverse they have gotten way loud that it had to be replaced

anyone notice driving on the freeway with the sunroof open that it causes the rearview mirror to vibrate? and its not like im zipping at 100mphs, this is at normal speeds 60-70mph

for me, motor is OK, but i get a heck of a lot of wind noise when i driver. when i lose the inside cover its MUCH quieter. im kind of disappointed its so loud.

Winter is just around the corner and my sunroof can't even last during 30 degrees weather. I can not imagine how my windows will act during blizzards. Here's the thread about my story:

Mine is very quiet, although I've only had it a few months. I'm hoping it doesn't get louder as time passes. If so, dealer here I come!
