Hey guys, New to CL here.. I was wondering how to change the bulb on driver side illuminated scuff plate? Passenger side is fine and glows blue but on the the drivers its not lighting up at all. Any suggestions from you all experienced owners?

Interior lights are on when I open the door. I checked the door contact.

Specs:
Tungsten Pearl
2007 IS250 AWD / NAVI Non ML

hmm... sounds like a blown bulb in the scuff plate since the other lights work when u open the door. I don't have these cool scuff plates so i can't help. good luck with the fix thou.

Should be under warranty, let the dealer handle it for free!

I don't think you can change the bulb in those.

No actual bulb to change.

You can test your passenger side plate on the drivers side or vice versa.. to see if its the wiring or something else..

If its drivers side plate is dead, have your local dealer replace under warranty..

I don't think you can change those and maybe you should check to see if it is wiring problem.
