i think it looks great man. i was worried the black roof wasn't going to be glossy and that you'd have a major visual difference between the moonroof and the rest of the roof but it looks painted.
Well, in SoCal, it rains about 3 times a year... and like I said before, I have covered parking both at work and at home. The only thing that my car does get on it is dust. So before I wipe it down, I dust it with a California Duster, and then I use the Meguiar's UQD with a huge Meguiar's microfiber that I turn on each side of the car.
Covered parking. As in, "birds and trees can't poop on my car when it's in a building." As for bug splatter, I've never gotten any on the roof of any of my cars...

What about when it isn't in a building... Like when you're driving it maybe? or parked somewhere out side of your residence? Birds don't limit their targets to cars that are parked at their homes, atleast the ones around here don't.
