Replacement windshield...
Worst luck happened to me driving back home when it's raining on the 10E.. since it's raining, it's hard to see clearly what's in front of me except the rear lights of cars.. i couldn't make out what it was, but it came flying towards my windshield right at my head area.. luckily the impact wasn't harder because it would've struck my head.. i could literally feel the crack from inside.. i'll probably go through insurance to replace my windshield, but since the IS has the radio transmitter on the windshield, does anyone know how much a replacement would be? how much am i looking at?
any shops in so cal that can charge cheaper for a factory Lexus windshield?

worst of luck.. i'm considering going with the GS after this situation.. my car has got keyed, hit by a car twice (hit and run) even though it has been small, and now this... so far this car's luck hasn't been good..

well one of my friends cracked one of my windshields filming a class video...a friend suggested I drive at 10 mph towards him and he will pretend to get hit and he assured me he did this before with no problems... but it turns out that he strikes the windshield with his shoulder making a 1.5ft diameter 1/2 sphere shape...so im pretty sure the windshield will hold up to some rocks or whatever came at you...

It kind of sucks not knowing what came at you, it would bother me to no end!
