Nice, did you hardwire it to the rear view mirror?

Why did you choose that method? I remember many people tapped into the rearview mirror to complete the hardwire.

The reason I chose this method is because it is easier for me....I used add a circuit like Isuxel.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to put the concealed display somewhere by your cluster so that way you don't have to look all the way down there just to see what kind of radar is in range?

i like where you put it! you beat me to it! i like that you can close that and its hidden and the radar is high so most cant see it!!!

what did you do to install the display in the ashtray area? i have the part but havent installed it yet. i would like to get it done!!!

Great Job on the install!

Im confused, is the actual radar detector still in the same place? or did you move the radar detector somewhere hidden and put the display in the ash tray?

Ty...to be honest, at night I can't tell which one it is...therefore, I'm going to change out the led so I can see it better (copy from one seller on ebay).

TY...you're right...when I park, I close the lid and no body can see it...I took out the metal part, and trim inside the ash tray so it can fit perfectly....

TY.....To each of his own...I like that place...I think I can handle it...and I'm going to change out the led so it'll be more easy to see which band that it detect....
Moreover, I think it is the best place that I can reach my hand and mute it....
