How much would it cost for a used base model is350? I dont care about all the extra options because the standard features are pretty nice anyways. Oh yea im in the dallas area.

yes ive seen the kbb value but how is it that a new one is 35k for a base model is 350 brand new(according to lexus.com)..but a used one is maybe a couple hundred bucks cheaper...shouldnt I be able to find one for around 32k?

The number of data points for used IS 350's is small so it is probably biased to the high side. If you find an '06 on a dealer's lot it may be in the $35k range as the asking price. Whether you can get it cheaper is up to your negotiation skills and what he has 'in it'. Private sale would be less and may be in the $32k range, again depending if you can find one. Have you actually done any homework by checking the net, local ads, dealers? It's going to take a bit of homework on your part to find what the price is in your part of the world. Your price in Dallas will be different than NJ, CA or even Houston. 'All prices are local'!

ok thanks appreciate the info..yes I've checked several sites and dealers just wanted to know from you guys..im knew to the forum and have a gs300 but id like to get my hands on an IS as well...

Remember, most IS's don't come completely stock. Most have the Premium package and Preferred Accessory Package as a minimum which may add to the cost slightly.

At a minimum a base IS350 will have the 18" wheels.

I know cause that's how mine came equipped and I don't think I've ever seen, heard of or read about a 350 with 17s.
