this is "rroy's" car

humm still undecided about this, maybe if the frame was a little slimmer? (I have white as well)...I'll stick with no plate on the front for now.

No idea what to do on the back...I don't like advertising for ANYONE.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to this thread, Here is a write up I did on the blacked out reflectors, and I got the frame on ebay for like 22 bucks, but I have seen them in dealerships for about 40.

Yeah, I think Sterling McCall Lexus went a bit overboard with that one. I agree that they are trying to encourage compliance with the law, but geesh!

To make matters worse, they slapped one of those on my front plate also. The next time I go back to Baton Rouge, I'm picking up the frame below, and removing the Sterling McCall plate. The frame has 3D lettering.

JavyLSU can appreciate this one (don't be fooled by the color, it is actually chrome)...

Sorry Javy, but its GO TIGERS, or even more appropriately WAR EAGLE! All kidding aside, I had to represent the SEC too. Good luck this season! I am actually going to UF for grad school starting this fall so I will get to see y'all at least twice, and maybe even three times in a SEC championship scenario!

P.S. I don't think you can tell from the pic, but I normally take better care of my car. It's filthy because it has been raining off and on all week

My plate is nude because most frames cover up the wording at the bottom of my plate and I paid extra for a specialty plate and I dont want it covered up!

WOW Buds that is a very narrow garage you have there. Nice door ding avoidance system though. Min is just Sewell standard one.

Simple and skinny. Shows the entire license plate, which is what I wanted so most of the graphics are showing.

Nice......is there a bracket that that plate goes on, or is it attached directily to the bumper? It almost looks like it is drilled directly into the bumper.

I think a plate always looks better, more finished, with a simple frame. A naked plate, with rough edges, just looks too unfinished. IMO
