i think the front could, with a stretched tire.. not sure about the rear, but with negative camber, some fender work and a stretched tire it can probably happen.
i really wouldnt go past +35 offset... unles u want the super flushed look. and with that kind of offset and width in front you need to basically beat the hell out of ur fender (roll fenders) and super stretch the tires..

the rear should be okay.
i disagree, i dont think the rears will be okay with a 10.5" wide and 32mm offset. the rear fenders will need to be shaved/rolled and a tire will need to be stretched on. the most aggressive ive seen is a 9.5 wide 38mm on a 275/35/19 + a 10mm spacer making it a 28mm offset. this car still required mods to the rear fender.
not sure that what you want to do though..
