I am thinking, when I got caught by the police and they will defeat my 19inch for sure... should I pay the fine and change the back to the legal size (17inch) or pay the ticket and keep my 19inch on wait until next time (I hope nothing happen at all) But what if I really have to put the 17inch on...?

Here is what I think since I bought a set of stock 17inch for backup plan and they sitting there and doing nothing I am thinking to paint them in black (either flat black or black chome) here is some pictures...(I photoshop it)

I think the standard 17s look absolutely terrible (no offense to those who have them) but in black they look a whole lot better. Like it was stated earlier, the black makes them look bigger.
