At least they were honest with ya.I think Thats Pretty funny tho.

When Lexus replaced my CD changer in my RX330, they Fed Ex' me the cd that I had left in there. Pretty shocking LOL.

$1. Yes. That's what I got from my dealership for DMV overpayment. Shredded the check. I figured that's cheaper than driving to the bank and waste my time.

I wonder does any other car company reimburse you for thier mistake. I find that lexus is really honest to their costumers.

seems like it would be a way better idea to credit your account at lexus (and just let you know that you have a credit) so next time you're there for what ever it comes off your total bill then ... and then say if you hadnt come in for a yr or so THEN cut you a cheque ... sending cheques for under $5 is a waste of time and money on both ends
