This came up in another thread today about naming the car... just curious
Is this a girl thing... I've known a couple girls that name there car...never a guy... no offense if any do.... as stated... just curious

well my friend told me it needs a name. but we we're debating whether it should be a girl name or a guy name. all cars are usually a girl name, but when i stare at the lexus...it looks like a guy...smiling..with dimples even.
so my friend says, "well you cant say you just took a ride on charlie"
so charlie was the first name.
after that, i saw an image of sakura blossoms (cherry blossoms), and the color reminded me on my car's color (glacier). so from then on, it is sakura.
and im a guy. although i never gave a name to my previous car, i kinda got stuck to giving it a name, which i seldomly use.
so i can't really defend guys naming their car, since i had no intention to

Hey, guys can anme their cars too... My current is Katsumi. It means victorious beauty. My last car was a little civic sedan named Kate... *L* Each car has it's own personality and thus a unique name.
