wish you had some panning shots, maybe next time

looks like it needs some beefier front and rear stabilizers and stiifer suspension to reduce body roll.

It's the CART series. I hope you know the difference. But just in case link below.
Link to Toyota Grand Prix

Also in auto racing, a safety car (known as the pace car) is a car which limits the speed of competing cars on a racetrack in the case of a major accident or obstruction on the track.

The only thing on those vehicles that are stickers are the Long Beach Grand Prix Logo on the car which is purposely done so different decals can be affixed for different race events. The rest is custom paint work.

The silly seatbelts are more than just for looks. The vehicles are used as safety pace cars for Toyota sponsored race events. They're purpose built and have been a staple to the Long Beach Grand Prix and it's pro-celeb race cars for about 3 decades now. A plain car would look...well like anyone's ordinary Lexus.

Haha. They used to use SSR in the past, and they currently have a set of Weds on the SC430 pace car. Since Toyota Motorsports has a good relationship with BBS over the years, they continue to use them on their fleet of vehicles.

Plus BBS wheels for Japanese cars are made in Japan. My BBS wheel boxes all state made in Japan. So its JDM.

That's not entirely true. Some of them are sourced from Germany.
