Intake + Springs + Exhaust
Basically im looking for an intake and im confused on which one to get. I did my research on all of them, but i guess that isnt enough. So i would like your help....
I want some springs also.. but people tell me to get coilovers.. but im not interested in losing the comfortable ride the IS gives.
Exhaust.. umm well.. i dont even know if i should get HKS or Tanabe.. so help me out..

I don't know much about the intake choices.
For springs, I personally went with Tein CS coilovers with a 1.4"/1" drop F/R. I notice absolutely no degradation in ride quality with these coilovers when on the default dampening force settings (you can get the EDFC if you want to be able to adjust the dampening stiffness at any time). From what I understand, the ride will take a bigger hit from springs than from coilovers.
For exhaust, I'm struggling with a pretty similar choice myself. I think the HKS probably sounds better and should give a little bit more of a power gain... but I don't think it looks as nice. (The tips are a little gaudy and ricey.)

intake- def. fujita or K & N, both great choices
Exhaust- I have HKS and love it..but sometimes it can be a little to loud. Tanabe is a great choice thats a bit more toned down, and the new borla is perfect.
Suspension- If you really dont want to sacrifice your comfort, def. go with the coilovers. With coilovers, there is alot of room for adjustment, so you can find the perfect setting. They will also give you much better handling
Good luck

You might want to tidy up the garage. You don't want one of those boxes to fall on your car. That happened once to me and a box put a nice dent in the front fender.
