They are not totally resovled, but I gave up. Car is up on lease trader. I'm just tired of driving 35 miles for mediocre service. I can't wait to get rid of it!

...For instance, on the last trip, they had put the rear bumper on wrong, missed a clip... this caused the trunk to rub on the bumper when closed and it caused a scuff on both the bumper and trunk lid.

T minus xx 'till the 335i convert!
