Install of the fogs or headlights? Doesnt matter, if youre getting an HID kit for either of those then it is a plug-n-play, I recommend McCulloch, my fav!

I bought a pair of 3000K HIDs for my fogs through the group buy. The price is close to what you'd pay for a pair of McCulloch HIDs. The XD ones are a bit more, but I don't mind paying a bit more for peace of mind. Steve is quick with the PMs and was helpful with my questions. They should be here this week. I'll take pics when I get them on.

Does anyone have aftermarket bulbs that are bluey? I want to replace my oem headlight bulds .

if ur gonna get blue halogen blubs.. you WILL have the worst light output ever.

i had blue halogens be4 i got my HIDs.. and i had to literally squint sometimes to see stuff infront of me at night.. In rain, your driving blind.

Yes i agree they can get a little dim but i cant see myself affording hids.

Besides the fogs will help brighten things up.

Im running 10K for my fogs.. still waiting on the D4S bulb which is supose to come in this week.

Have any of you had problems with the aftermarket bulbs melting the wireing harnesses?

yes ive had that happen to me about the bulb melting the harness. im not sure why it does that.....since the connections is tight. im thinkn it could be moisture that seeps into the supposedly water tight connection.

here is my setup I also have the PIAA LED for the parking light...
both low and fog are 8000k HIDs
