Default Need help please: removing rear rotors?

Did a search and cannot find a DIY for removing/replacing rear rotors. Understand how to get the calipers off, but how do you get the rotor off?
Thanks

The rotor comes off by pulling it outward, or the easy way is to thread two bolts into the holes on the face of the hat. Alternately tighten the bolts until the disc comes off the hub. It's far easier to do than to describe.
