TSIB's for the 2IS
After reading the new TSIB for the brakes of the IS350, I was wondering how many other TSIB's are out there? I did a search and saw a TSIB for rattles for the 06' 2IS. Maybe we should start a thread listing all applicable TSIB's?

Maybe the site admin should ask Toyota for permission to post their ISx50 specific TSIBs on the site. I know I've not been exactly following copyright rules with quotes from TIS, but it would seem this information should be available at least to the enthusiast community without charge.

BTW, for TSIB's that only affect cars before a Production Change Effective VIN, how is that read?
For example, if the Production Change Effective VIN is: JTHBE262#65011814, what would be a valid VIN to get the change?
Any number less than 65011814? like 65011813? or 65000000?
