The Neo ProLink iPod adapter directly connects to your radio, NO FM transmition or fuzzy sound! If your radio supports text, you will be able to see text on the radio or navigation display. Now you can not only connect your iPod but also connect: CD, DVD, Mp3 players, aftermarket satellite radio, or any audio device in conjunction with the iPod. What iPods its compatible with:
The Neo ProLink is compatible with all iPods with a dock connector on the bottom. If you charge your iPod by plugging it in from the bottom, your iPod is compatible.
Important Notes:

* All factory options are compatible and retained (XM, RSE/DVD, external and internal CD changer). They will function as normal.
* Text display on 2006 and up vehicles. Vehicles prior to 2006 do not support text.
* Compatible with Navigation and Non-Navigation radio.

Looks pretty cool, but One thing i love about my VAIS is it has the automatic "I Agree" bypass. I dont believe this has that and plus the VAIS has been tested that it works and it works great! Another thing is the price, if it cost the same as the VAIS, I would choose them because in case anything happens, it looks to be a company that wouldn't go Bankrupt in a few years..

not exactly the same as the VAIS since the VAIS doesn't have Direct Mode - iPod Control on iPod or multiple inputs (so you can connect a second ipod).

give it a shot, let us know how it works out.
