I hear a creaking noise from the center console area when I go around corners. I only notice it if the radio is off, otherwise it's not noticeable. Anyone else have this problem or have ideas what could be the problem?

It could be anywhere, 06 IS has many creaks here and there.....

Is it worth taking it in to the dealer over? I.e. Are they likely to fix it or it just something I'm better off learning to live with? It's really only noticeable when the cabin is whisper quiet. Still, I notice it on occassion.

mine does it when the passenger leans their leg on the side of the console.

I had some really bad creaking sounds coming from the center console. It bothered me soooooo much as anytime I leaned on it with my arm or touched it with my legs or the passengers did the same it would creak. I brought the car in several times. Finally, on the second or third time they replaced the entire thing. It's really nice now as I have no more creaking sounds except the $$%$$ dashboard one and the left driver's side door popping/rattling sound. The interior fit-and-finish has been a major disappointment to me. Otherwise the car is fantastic. But as it stands it's a Lexus and we shouldn't have these problems.
