Clear bra going on but have ? on adding front lip. Technique maybe you could help.

Clear bra going on but have ? on adding front lip. Technique maybe you could help.
I dont have a lip on the car now, but will be adding the oe X package front lip later. Saw in Technique's DIY post that he had to take off the oe lip. Does the clear bra come down that far? If I have to take off that bottom lip to install the X pack lip do i have to cut the bra or not worry about it? Wish I could have got the new lip before the clear bra but didn't work that way.
