Changing IS250 6sp shift ****
I searched never found anything, just a quick question, how to change the shift **** on IS250 manual? I tried to twist it off with no success, any one know?

you can twist it off. i did...but you got to really twist it.

turn counterclockwise. mine comes off real easy.
