wheel size upgrade from 16" to 18"
Hello Everyone..
This is my 1st post, mine is is250.
I would like to upgrade the wheel to 18", the original is 205/55 r16 7j, with offset +45.
prefer upgrade to Enkei new model GTC01, their website suggestion is
front - 18x8j 225/40 r18 +40 offset, rear - 18x9j 255/40 r18 +40 offset.
I don't know if it's fit and flush with fender..
Any suggestion ?? Tks.

i dont think youll need to shave the fender or do any custom work. Your alignment might be a little off and cause uneven wear on your tires(camber). The rims should fit fine though, and if u have trouble u can always put low profile tires. Personally i cant live w/o rims so go for it. Just expect to have slower acceleration and slightly worse mpg. Other then that u should be fine, go for it man, goodluck..post some pics when you get em installed.

Sounds like you might have the AWD?
If so, you'll want to go with the same size wheel and tire all around. I'd go with the 8" all around with 225/40/18"s to keep very close to the stock diameter.
I wouldn't worry about the alignment/camber issues as mentioned above. Changing the wheels and tires shouldn't have a negative effect here.

mine is RWD..
Since this rim is not available and no keep stock at local dealer (even no dummy), i need to place an oversea order and wait for 1.5 month to get it.
i don't have choice and do trust the manufacturer offers the wheel offset and tire spec...so i need more information and opinion from all of you...tks..

but, you're right, it won't change the static camber or toe...
