Hi guys, I haven't posted in a while but I have been keeping up. I have read the threads regarding any info on an IS250/350 coupe, and I know there is no news, but, I will probably be looking to buy next year. My lease is actually up in early 08, so I can wait, but, I guess we will know by this time next year if there is going to be an 08 coupe. If the coupe will be a reality, I am hoping the timing will be right for me. Anybody think I will get lucky on this?

A lot of Lexus people that I've been talking to are saying that 08 is more than likely when its comming but nothen confirmed yet.. We are all still waiting.

I also have a 2001 IS300 MSM and looking to upgrade to the IS350 in the near future. I am looking for specific upgrades to the interior like the return of the faux suede, and hopefully some inclusion of a CF interior like on the Euro cars and a HD radio option like the next generation M3 will have. I know it is alot to ask for, but who knows Lexus may deliver on some of my wishes. I like some of the photoshop pics of the coupe that have been floating around CL and net. I'd still perfer 4 doors over a coupe.

My G35 lease is up in July. I'm leaning toward keeping the car that's why I've done some mods. It's lowered and I added a front lip. The wheels I can easlity take off. I'm looking forward to 2 arrivals. The new G35 coupe and the new IS coupe. The IS coupe would have to retain the sedans sporty look but offer much more interior room for me to consider it. The new G35 would have to be a way better looking design for me to consider it. If neither happens, I'll be more than happy to keep my current G35. I don't always jump on new styled cars for the sake of having a new style car. My SC300 is one of the best looking cars on the planet regardless of how old it gets.
