Maybe you need two new O2 seners for the front. They're same part number.

No.... The front 02 sensors are different!!! The rear sensors have a crown to protect the wiring from road debris. They are side specific as well and different from the is250 and is350. The best company to go with is Denso, that's what the dealer used on our cars from the showroom use nothing else or you will be doing it twice.

And another thing, the computer processor code will also go away along with the 02 sensor codes when you change it. It's cause by the wiring being ripped out from hitting something in the road and shorting out the computer that reads the level of the 02 sensors.

Alright I will go with denso, and do I have to get the upstream or the down stream sensors?

Your codes are for both downstream. The p0138 and p0137 are the downstream passenger side AKA bank 1 and the p0430 is the driver side downstream AKA bank 2 downstream sensor. These sensors are a pain to get too. You need a mild deep socket 02 sensor wrench to take it off because of the crown and they plug in under the driver and passenger seats of the car. Be carful not to twist the new wires when installing the new sensors.
