IS350 Sunroof not open? Seats?
Hey guys, I've had my 350 for about a month now and absolutely love it, but I have 2 questions:
1. I noticed the auto-open moonroof only opens the roof 90%. The only way to completely open it is to turn the dial all the way. Does anyone know why this is?
2. Is there an optimum seating postion for the least amount of slide during cornering? i.e. tilted back/closer/farther from steering wheel? I feel like I can't corner hard in this car (I had an S2000 w/ really tight seats), not because of the suspension, but just because I fly off the seat.
Thanks for the help! I LOVE the IS

1. i don't open my moonroof that often so i can't tell you why, but IMO SolaraToIs is probably right...
2. the seats are lexus comfy but doesn't quite hold you in position. i've found that gripping the steering wheel and propping your knees against the tranny tunnel (right) and door (left) seems to work... for me, at least.

thanks for the info....
It's funny because I knew there would be a reason---it seems like the car is smarter than people in most cases. By the way, I'm learning litte details day after day and the car keeps blowing me away in so many respects
