Default ARC Induction Box Installed (now updated with dyno results (post 33)!)

Just finished installing my ARC induction box. This thing is amazing! It sounds so awesome, very deep and mean. It weighs virtually nothing and the quality is unbelievable. The install was very simple and straight-forward, it fits like glove. Hopefully I can get it dynoed soon, but believe it or not my car actually feels faster. Pre-intake installation my car put down 264whp and 235wtq with an SAE correction factor of .96. before the correction I was making 275 and 245. According to Boom Plus Toys I'm the only one in North America that has this box!

Looks good! No surprise, considering the cost of the item! How much did you pay for it?

Yikes!! And it doesnt even look like it has very clean welds...but I guess it's not for looks. Love to see the dyno, and maybe couple it with a JoeZ intake tube.

What makes this box so special? I hopt it has some sort of true cold air induction. I'd like to see the box before it was installed....where does it suck from?

becaues its JDM TYTE YO!

all ARC stuff is expensive. it sucks air from the red foam filters. I like the way your intake looks west.. but yeah its very pricy

Im going to dyno the box firts, then I'll add on the ARC suction pipe that replaces the stock rubber one. It's essentially a Joe Z but much more expensive.

Well.. Joe Z is just the arm. this one still utilizes the factory intake arm. I think with the combo of Joe Z arm.. it could possibly yeild more gains.

I didnt realize those were the filters...looks like lots of hot air, but the dyno will prove it's weight.
