Default Seatbelt Buzzer - Not working, help

hey Guys.. just picked up my IS250 AWD and totally love this car. I came from a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T w/ Quattro with APR Software. I also drive a '98 Z3 2.8L.

I love my new LEXUS... it's everything i wanted. But I do have a problem.. i tried the below and can't it to work. I own the 2007... has anyone tried? I've gotten every other mod to work.

1. turn the key to the ON position which means pressing the start button twice on the new IS since it doesn't has the key, foot off the brake
2. Press the trip reset button couple of times until the ODO is displayed (not trip A or B)
3. turn the ignition to the LOCK (OFF) position
4. unbuckle the driver's seatbelt if it was buckled.
5. turn the key to the ON position again press the start button twice. when the dash lights comes on, press and hold the trip reset button and count a slow 12 seconds. (editor's note, hold it more like 30 sec)
6. while still holding the trip reset button, buckle the driver's side seatbelt.
7.and the odometer display should read "b ON" or "b OFF". toggle the beep OFF with the trip reset.
8. the process should be completed when you unbuckle or turn the key off.

yeah it might take a few tries... just be patient and it'll work. just keep in mind that if you ever disconnect the battery, you'll have to do it again.

Did you guy see the bell OFF/ bel ON desplay on the trip display? If not that means you didn't get it right so try again and wait at less 15sec when it said 30sec... OK good luck
