Some **** wad hit my car...I need a front bumper
Hey guys, some ******* hit my car today. Looks like a truck backed into my front bumper with a hitch. I wish I would have seen it but they took off and I didn't notice until I got to work. How much is it going to be to replace my front bumper? Its a IS 350 Glacier Frost mica with luxury package. Thanks for any help. I'll try to post pics in a day or so.

Are sure that is it for a front bumper? I was thinking more like $1000+. It was like $800 CAN for my old IS300. I will try to post pics up later, I just moved into my new home and my comp at home isn't set up yet. This is the 3rd Lexus I have had in three years that has been in a hit and run. I am so tired of people hitting my vehicle that I am tempted to say **** this and buy some cheapo.

Thanks. The only good thing about the house is that I made $145,000 in 30 days renovating it! This came at a bad time because me and my girlfriend just spent about $30,000 renovating and our savings is pretty much toast now. I almost want to sell my car now I am so mad.

$955.05 to be exact. I had my car in for a rear window squeek issue and they gave me a loaner IS, well the next morning I was rubber necking looking at an accident on the side of the road when i looked up and traffic was at a dead stop. I hit the trailer hitch of the car right in front of me damaging only the loaner. Just the very center of the bumper below the grill. The estimate from lexus is $955.05, which sounds about right compared to what someone else said the cost of the bumper was then add labor and paint. Trust me when I say that really isn't a lot. Just consider yourself lucky that it is isn't more. This way you can just pay out of your pocket and your isurance rates won't go up. My insurance agent told me if I report it then my monthly payment would go up about $25 bucks a month for 3 years. But you and I know that insurance companies never drop your payment so it will never come back down. My deductible is $500 bucks so for another $500 I'll pay it. But, I'm not happy about it.
