Where are my G-Spider Wheels??
I ordered a set of these for my IS through the Group Buy at Sewell Lexus. fedex said they delivered them today however I do not have them. Why did Sewell not have signature verification?? Why would Fedex leave them on my doorstep without a signature?
I'm out $800 on this deal and I'm not pleased! Fedex said they'll research this but probably won't get back to me until Wednesday 9-6. Will Sewell replace the rims? WIll Fedex replace the rims? Who's at fault here?

My Dealings With Sewell
I to had boughtn ISP wheels from sewell and had no problems with fedex. I also had purchased my TANABE and had big problems with fedex in which my label was lost and the new tracking number was never found untill the last minute in which i recieved it . Do you live in an apt or condo complex where they could have been to an leasing office or even a gate house. You can usally look online and see who might have signed off on then. I live in a house on a cul-de sac and my entry way is out of sight from the main road. As for a signature, Sewell didn't request a signature so Fedex left them either at my house (and someone stole them from my porch) or they delivered them to the wrong house. Theft isn't a big problem in my neighborhood so I'm hoping Fedex delivered them to the wrong house.

Fedex just called and said they did not deliver yesterday after all. Apparently the woman driver couldn't lift the packages and they will be re-delivering today. Whew.....

Didn't you have a tracking number you could check to see where it says "Delivery Exception" and explains why the package wasn't delivered? Sounds like it could've saved you from your temporary heart attack.

There was no delivery exception listed on the tracking. I was worried because we had a donation truck stop by to take clothes for the poor that same day. The strange thing was the fedex guy delivered the wheels in his personal truck. That was strange....
